Buckingham Palace (15 minutes by tube/metro from hotel) is recognised around the world as the home of the monarch, the focus of national and royal celebrations, as well as the backdrop to the regular Changing the Guard ceremony. Take Piccadilly line from Hammersmith Station and get off Green park station. 

The Palace of Westminster and Big Ben (18 Minutes by tube/metro) serves as the meeting place for both the House of Commons and the House of Lords, the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. Informally known as the Houses of Parliament, the Palace lies on the north bank of the River Thames in the City of Westminster, in central London, England. Take tube/Metro from Hammersmith station District Line direct to Westminster station.

The London Eye (18 minutes by train/metro) is Europe's tallest cantilevered observation wheel and the most popular tourist attraction with over three million visitors annually. Take Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith and get off at Westminster station.

London Bridge (22 Minutes by Metro/Tube), Operating as a working bridge for over 125 years, Tower Bridge offers numerous exhibitions detailing its history, a range of family-friendly experiences as well as a unique viewing experience of the River Thames from its iconic Glass Floors in the 42-meter high walkways. Closest station: Tower Hill Station

Hyde Park encompasses 350 acres of green space including 400 trees and a large lake. Start your trail of the park’s landmarks with the Diana Memorial Fountain, a tranquil monument built to honour the late Princess of Wales made from 545 pieces of Cornish granite.

Other highlights include Speakers’ Corner, an historic site of public protest, speeches and debates once used by Karl Marx, George Orwell and Vladimir Lenin.

Piccadilly Circus and  Leicester square (15 min by Tube/Metro). Take Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith station direct to Piccadilly Station.

For more than 100 years, Piccadilly Circus has been home to one of the most iconic landmarks and lucrative advertising spaces on the planet – the so called, London Lights. With a history of displaying electronic ads dating back to 1908 (Perrier being the first), the small corner of London, which links Regent Street, Oxford Street and Leicester square.
